DESCRIPTION
GMS is seeking a talented, self-directed Paid Media Buyer/Account Manager to help drive demand generation, brand awareness and day-to-day coordination of the GMS client portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to participate in the expansion of a multi-award recognised thriving digital marketing agency.
This role will include activities such as executing digital marketing campaigns on behalf of clients, as well as diving into the data and analytics to report on activities, provide strategic direction and better target our efforts. Successful candidates must be able to recognize the needs of these market segments and be comfortable with marketing automation technology.
The ideal candidate has a passion for direct response marketing & social media, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to quickly grasp technology concepts. Candidate must have exceptional communication skills, be comfortable with marketing tools and be well versed in digital marketing campaign development and execution. Attention to detail is a must!
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3+ years experience in media buying, specifically acquisition and DR style campaigns across Social Media and self-serve ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat etc.)
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Strong abilities in digital marketing tactics
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- Ability to write conversion based copywriting (sales copy)
- Great eye for graphic design
- Marketing automation and analytics features.
- Great attention to detail and project management skills. This role requires balancing several initiatives together.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, manage, optimize and maintain advertising campaigns across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Google & Youtube (but mostly FB and Google)
- Liaise with clients directly, to provide frequent updates, gather feedback and continuously pivot strategic direction, inline with clients KPIs and goals.
- Creating and implementing strategic digital marketing campaigns
- Maintain clients brand consistency
- Weekly reporting with our marketing team on all client campaigns
- Upselling/Cross selling existing accounts to additional ad platforms and services
- Meeting KPI’s and maintaining MRR of account portfolio
- Monthly and Quarterly meetings and surveys to clients.
- Managing communication to web development team for landing pages and funnel development
- Managing all communication and execution of your clients.
